Project Inception
RIBA STAGE 0 - 2
Once an initial consultation has gone forth a conceptual design is to be methodically developed to a point in which can be presented before the Client for approval and eventually the Contractor for buildability. Various statutory bodies may also need to be addressed to ensure adherence to various policies.
Space and Technical Design
RIBA STAGE 3 - 4
Strong designs require great attention to detail. Attention to detail alleviates problems prior to Site Works which in all will aid towards a successful forecasted budget meet. Council and other governing bodies will have comments or advice to give regarding Technical and Spacial Designs. Many years of experience have equipped me with the skills to provide Technical knowledge to a project with the intention of providing clear construction methods to Contractors for build and quick approval from Governing Bodies.
Construction & Handover
RIBA STAGE 5 - 7
Construction can be commended once a tender has been agreed upon by the client and the Contractor. Prior to Siteworks, a Building Regulator will approve the drawings marking a timestamp in which building can begin. Regular meetings on Site are needed to ensure the quality of the build and Health and Safety policies are being met and undertaken.
