Project Inception
RIBA STAGE 0 -2
I work hard to ensure every deliverable is well thought out and aesthetically reassuring. I believe this is the stage where a rapport can be solidified between myself and the client. I have mounts of experience when organising design meetings and visiting sites in the introductory stage. I understand how important it is to create a sense of understanding enabling the clients to feel comfortable to put their desires on the table.
Detailed Design Development
RIBA STAGE 3-4
I have a keen eye for detail making sure design and reality are intertwined. I am competent and confident when designing detailed drawing packages. With years of experience delivering tender and construction packages to various multidiscipline. In my past projects, I have been exposed to Building Regulation drawings, in which my portfolio boasts.
Construction & Handover
RIBA STAGE 5-7
The latter stages which requires my utmost attention when delivering the final drawings to the contractor and visiting site to point out issues and relieve these points to ensure a smooth handover. I have been able to deal with this in my time as an Architect. In many situations I have had the opportunity to visit site to observe the final development and watch the construction of your design. I have encountered challenges on site where I've had to think quickly and precisely. This can be pretty demanding but I can handle pressure and can work to tight deadlines.
